Orders and shipping
Orders ship in 48–72 hours.
What we can help with
- Order questions — where it is, changing an address, anything that went wrong. Include your order number and we'll sort it quickly.
- Which one fits — covers are made for a specific body, so a cover cut for the automatic dispenser won't fit the manual jar. Tell us which one you own and we'll point you to the right version.
- Design requests — a holiday, a hobby, a season you think we've missed. We genuinely read these, and more than one of them has become a product.
- Wholesale and bulk — gift shops, salons, offices. Tell us roughly how many and we'll come back with pricing.
