Shipping policy

Free shipping over $70

Orders of $70 or more ship free within the United States. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $8. Express is available at checkout for $15. 

Processing time

Orders ship in 48–72 hours.

Every cover is 3D printed to order rather than pulled off a shelf, so there's a short making window before your order goes out. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday start their 48–72 hours on the next business day.

If something is going to take longer than that — a print that fails and has to be run again, a seasonal rush — we'll email you rather than let you wonder.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We don't currently ship internationally.

Delivery time

Standard transit is typically 2–5 business days after your order ships, depending on how far you are from South Florida. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 4–8 business days.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If you haven't seen it within four business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please check it before paying. If you spot a mistake, email support22@soapysilhouette.com immediately — if your order hasn't shipped yet we can usually fix it. Once it's gone we can't reroute it, and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped at your cost.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking says delivered and it isn't with you, check with your neighbours and your building first — then email us. If a parcel is genuinely lost or arrives damaged, we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
