The product
What is a Soapy Silhouette?
It's a working soap dispenser with a decorative 3D-printed cover that slides on and off. You keep the dispenser on your counter and change the cover for each season, holiday or mood. Every complete dispenser comes with its cover, and once you own a dispenser you can buy more covers on their own.
What's the difference between automatic and manual?
Automatic is touch-free with a motion sensor. It holds 320ml, stands 155.5mm tall by 103.4mm wide, and is USB rechargeable, so there are no batteries to buy or replace. It's $39.99 as a complete dispenser.
Manual is a 16oz glass mason jar with a stainless steel pump, 7⅞" tall and 3.3" across. It's $25.99 as a complete dispenser.
How do I change the cover?
Slide the old cover off and slide the new one on. It takes a few seconds, with no glue and no tools.
Does one cover fit both dispensers?
No. Each cover is cut for one body, so a cover made for the automatic dispenser won't fit the manual jar, and the other way around. When you buy a cover on its own, pick the version that matches the dispenser you own. If you're not sure, email us before you order.
Will a cover fit a dispenser I bought somewhere else?
Our covers are made to fit our own automatic and manual dispensers. We can't promise a fit on other brands.
What soap can I use?
Whatever hand soap you already like. There's no special refill or brand to buy. Just fill the dispenser the way you would any other.
What are the covers made of?
Flexible TPU, 3D printed to order in our studio in Davie, Florida. You may see a faint layer line or a small variation in the finish. That's the printing process showing, not a fault.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a damp cloth. Don't put it in the dishwasher, and keep the electronics on the automatic dispenser dry.
Is it safe around kids?
The covers are durable, but they're decorative, not toys, so please use care around small children. If little ones are easily spooked, our Happy Halloween design is the friendly one.

How much is a cover on its own?
$17.99 per cover. Or get any four covers for $59.99 with our Make It a Year bundle, which saves $11.97.
When do new designs come out?
Each holiday design is revealed about 6 to 8 weeks before the holiday. You can see every design and what's coming on Our Decorations Lineup. Join The Cover Story to see each new season's cover before it goes public.
A design says Sold out. Will it come back?
Tap "Notify me" on the product and we'll email you once when it's back in stock.
Shipping
How long until my order arrives?
Every order is printed to order and ships in 48 to 72 hours. Standard transit is usually 2 to 5 business days after that, so most orders arrive in 4 to 8 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or US holiday start on the next business day.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $8, and it's free on orders of $50 or more. Express is $15 at checkout.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We only ship within the United States for now.
Returns
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Covers must be unused and undamaged. Complete dispensers can be returned only if no soap has been added, for hygiene reasons. Bundles are returned as a complete set. Email us first with your order number before sending anything back. Read the full return policy.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice, and we cover the return shipping. Sometimes a photo is all we need.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Gift shops, salons and offices can email support22@soapysilhouette.com with roughly how many they need, and we'll come back with pricing.
Can I suggest a design?
Please do. We read every request, and more than one has become a product.
